Question: The largest bust size is a 46 sewn finished measurement. I have a 45 overbust, and a 38 underbust. Any tips?

oh no..I don't. I think Mari @marisews could help you , she has a sewing channel and does bust adjustments all the time. I'm not very good at that.

Yes... but I used a really light one...probably should have used a thicker one but I ended up liking the ties too.
