Can I make a recommendation? When you shower, use a washcloth with soap and put some Dettol on it. If I am having skin issues (which I do from time to time), Dettol deals with it. You don't need to use a lot. I typically soap up the cloth with sandalwood soap and then I drip like a teaspoon of Dettol on it. I wash my body in sections, from head to toe. I usually wash three or four times but I go from halves to whole. Give it a whirl. I hope it helps.

Thank you for sharing your stomach. Just had sleeve surgery 3 weeks ago ...3 Weeks Post-OP and my stomach😇 is low ,itchy, sore and swollen . NO it hasn't been Easy but I have no regrets,, I have more energy and move more.

I used Vitamin E Oil Capsules and it worked very well for me. Just pricked the capsule with a sterile pin to squeeze the oil out and applied it daily to all five incisions. Scar free for me. Congratulations on your journey Ty!👍

I can see your progress, just a suggestion from this RN and it helped me ,I I got it from one of the nurses that I worked with and he lost 350 pounds after his surgery and that is to get a good collagen supplement to help you with your skin he suggested Neocell it helps to improve your collagen and tighten your skin and I can tell you I saw a big difference in my skin and hair after I started to use it, I lost those sagging jaws 😆

@@debragrady5420 hello ! I’ve lost 20-24 pounds so far. In the 3 weeks. I’m now in the fluctuation phase now that I’m eating more the weight loss is stalling a bit so I haven’t lost any more weight since maybe last week but I can expect a more drastic change again once in cleared to work out as the calories will even out again. I didn’t have any pain after about the second week. The first week was an absolute nightmare. But I feel 100 percent fine now as if I didn’t have anything done!! I actually just went bowling yesterday! The procedure it’s self like directly after when u wake up is HELL on earth. I was crying like a baby the entire night but like I said this pain really lasted about 3 days. Then it was painful but not as bad and the next week I was back to normal! Just a lot of back pain but even now on the third week the back pain has crept away. Hope this helps!

Thanks. I’ve been contemplating on the sleeve; a couple of cousins did it prior to Covid but they’re still portly. I’m 5’7. 265 w/ thyroid disease & nothing I seem to do helps. I walk 3 miles a day, 6 days a wk. I’m now doing the fasting…….thanks for the info. Keep it up & congrats.

I’m SO glad to see you act and I’m grateful you are healing beautifully. Now I wanna know if you’ve peeped into my bathroom because I have each of those products and have used them since I was a teen! I use the Shea Moisture bar soap but I slice it up into very thin single use pieces. Vitamin C also aids in faster healing after surgery.
