I love Mac with evap milk and Haitian food. Prep hack- cut them blocks up n throw them pieces in food processor. It goes so much faster. The veggies too since you got it out.

Sir, your lovely and very appetizing dish reminds me of a Trinbago "Macaroni Pie" except they add eggs but no meat. I was responsible for making a big batch for our family Christmas dinner and I'd really put my foot in it with lots of garlic and fresh herbs. The highlight of my pie was the crust made of finely ground crackers that were covered with cheese, then with whipped, seasoned eggs. Thanks for the trip down memory lane. I now have another reason to visit Haiti.🥰

That is really disrespectful. It's not traditional macaroni and cheese. It's Macaroni au gratin and it's Haitian. That's like me saying traditional macaroni and cheese is just Kraft mac and cheese.
