First, this video is great! It sounds like youve put a ton of work into your policies and employee handbook. I was wondering if youve considered selling a template. I recognize it would need to be adapted to fit my home but you were so thorough in considering employee policies, resident care, etc. Similar to you i have a family, work full time, etc and my business is in development. Fujica, the Ca Social Services training plan requires entry level home aids to receive basic training like three hours of health and safety training. To satisfy the Ca State requirement for home aid training do you teach in house or use outside resources?
