I’m a recent 23 yr old, and life has kinda been getting to me. Tonight I randomly decided how to make rice and this video popped up. This video was so helpful and pleasing to me by the way you explained and just by your tone of voice lol (not to sound weird) lowkey kinda teared up cuz I’m emotional like that but mostly cuz I always make things complicated and this video just made it seem all easy. Thank you and God bless you ❤️🙏

I'm so glad to hear she's in remission. Best wishes to her and family. I know it's important that everyone including those at risk of cancer lead a healthy lifestyle. It's important to keep away from artificial ingredients including colors and a list of others that are harmful. I've discovered Knorr has Boullion that has none of these ingredients and have posted above. Take care.

For anyone interested, I made this in my zojirushi rice cooker and it comes out excellent. I just dump it all in. If you want it fluffy make sure to rinse rice. I also add 6 or 7 slices of pickled jalapeno, A handful of cilantro with stems whole tied together. Set on white rice setting. When done removed cilantro and fluffed and delicious. I haven't tried in a regular rice cooker that just has the on/off setting but I am sure it would work. I used a whole bouillon cube but you may want only half because it was a little over salty ( which I like). Thanks for the recipe, my husband likes this better than our favorite restaurant!

Love, love, love this quick and easy recipe! My husband has a favorite Mexican restaurant and likes this rice better! This is my 2nd comment and this time I have decided to use long grain parboiled rice (our new favorite). I just increased the water to 2 1/4th c. Plus 20 min of cook time. I put a handful of cilantro on top and it was delicious! Thanks again! This is so versatile! I am going to alter it a little and make Savannah red rice when we have seafood! The tomato bouillon cube is a must but I was a fan of those anyway. Btw don't rinse parboiled rice! It will be fluffy even if you don't!
