Since everybody is curious about the lechon, here is your answer. In previous videos I’ve made about lechon, I’ve not censored the face and every time KZbin has demonetized my videos. (That means I can earn any money). Since I don’t take sponsors, the ads are how I make my money in videos. So I played by KZbin’s rules and blurred the faces of the Lechon.

Chicharon bulaklak is pig’s mesentary. Its an organ that holds the intestines. Its called bulaklak which in english is flower because it resembles a flower with its folded up tissues.

The "bulaklak" is called "mesentery" which is the membrane that holds the intestines to the walls of the belly. Since you've tried Batangas-style lomi, I wonder if you've tried the Filipino-Chinese lomi available at most Filipino-Chinses restaurants such as Classic Savory.
