OMG, when Haley was walking up to the hoop I thought it was you Sallie!! So happy business is going so well & you're going to be building a new shop. Have you ever thought of attaching it, or part of it, to the back of the house? Like maybe somehow connect the current shop, the new shop & some area of the back of your house so you don't have to go out in the elements, or just not go very far when you want to pop into the house to check on the girls. Hello, question, at 13:30 on as the laser is cutting the A , is the wobbly lines a normal thing on this machine or is that happen to be the font. My current laser occasionally does tiny wobbly sections like that on supper small sections only, never on big cuts. It just stood out to me and was curious to know. As if that happens randomly to a straight cut I'd have to cut a new one. Thank you.

Check your laser head! Mine was loose and did this. I tightened that up and it fixed the problem instantly.

I have been using the tape for tiny pieces sometimes, it’s just easy enough and cheaper to use glue so I do that most of the time! 😊 thanks for watching!

How did you make the decision between a 100w and 130w laser? Any drawbacks to more power? Do you have any issues with engraving?

I didn't see the letter outlines and was like how is she lining those up so fast lol Great work! Question, Do you ever get glue squeeze out on the thin letters? I'm a CNC guy but make a stacked sign here and there. The last one had thin letters and I had a few spots where the super glue squeezed out and dried with that shiny look.

In the past I would have that! But what I’ve found is just doing super small dots on the little letters and letting them air dry for a few seconds before I push down. The glue then does not blow out! If they are really small I’ll use the 3m tape 😊

Lasers are a business investment! They do cost, but you have to spend money to make money. I worked very hard to save enough to buy one. It just takes hard work and effort and anyone can do it. I started off with a cheap old saw to cut my wood and worked my way up. Don’t give up on what you want to accomplish! ❤️
