The factory in Fremont is not Tesla’s headquarters, that was in Palo Alto until December of 2021. And so far they are operating it from the Tesla factory in Austin, and have not built an actual headquarters there.

Take the Model X for instance. It's essential a hundred thousand dollar car. Yet when you enter into one it does not feel like it. The Lyriq from Cadillac is superior to it in every sense besides range and maybe acceleration. But the Model X costs 40% more. What's the justification for that? Free charging stations? I had a friend who worked for Tesla until recently. In a high financial role. He confirmed that Tesla overcharges for all its vehicles and makes a killing doing it. Tesla's aren't worth their prices no matter what. You can get a brand new Mercedes S class which is superior to any Tesla for less a 100 grand. I guess some just liked being duped.
