Thankfully, I have Island Gas by my side on this culinary journey. With its efficiency and reliability, I was able to whip up a delicious Lumpiang Togue in not one, but three fantastic ways. If you’re aiming to prepare a healthy family meal that will also win over your little ones, this dish offers a variety of tasty options that will leave everyone coming back for more!
Ingredients:
⅓ cup Carrots, julienned
Oil, for sautéing
4 cloves Garlic, minced
¼ cup Onions, minced
200g. Ground pork
2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
½ cup Carrots, julienned
1 ½ cup Chayote, julienned
½ cup Green beans, julienned
1 pc - Maggi Magic Chicken Cubes
200g. Beansprout
200g. Cabbage, shredded
100g. Shrimp, diced
200g. Fried tofu, sliced
Fish sauce & black pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
Slurry to thicken
(Sauce)
2 ¾ cup Water
6 Tbsp. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
3 Tbsp. Starch
5 Tbsp. Peanut butter
1 pc. Maggi Magic Chicken Cubes
1 clove Garlic, grated

Oil, for frying
