Ingredients:
2 cups - All-purpose flour
1/4 cup - Cornstarch
1 tbsp - Baking powder
2 tbsp - Sugar
1 tbsp - chicken powder (optional)
1 tsp - Black pepper
1 1/4 cup - Water
1/4 cup - Shredded carrots
1/4 cu - Shredded kalabasa
4 tbsp - Chopped spring onion
Oil for frying
Vinegar dip:
1/2 cup - vinegar
2 tbps - Water
1 tbsp - Sugar
3 tbsp - Minced onion
1 pc - red chili
1/2 - tsp Salt
Sweet sauce:
1/2 cup - Water
3 tbsp - Soy sauce
1/4 cup - Sugar
2 tbsp - flour + 3 tbsp - water
Sweet chili sauce:
1/2 cup - Water
1/4 - Sugar
1 tbsp - Banana ketchup
1 pc - Red chili
1 tsp - Chili flake
4 tbsp - Vinegar
Slurry (Cornstarch + water)
Salt & pepper
