As a kid, this was wicked fun! And I never played Crazy Taxi to even make the comparison, I just loved the funny dialogue and running people over, lol. We used to set this up on Boxing Day over at my grandparents and I would play it with my uncles, so much uncontrollable laughter, and I still remember some of the lines even now XD

Played this almost everyday when I got it for Christmas. Even single-handedly knocked down every object in the game. Half a dozen times. Yeah, I didn't have many games when I was a wee lad. I also figured out you could launch passengers by crashing into them if you already had one in your vehicle. I remember launching Bart violently through the fence in the commercial district and watching him soar into the parking lot below.

This was the very first game I ever got when I bought my Gamecube. I don't even remember what drove me nuts about this game, but I had to have it...to the point where I passed on a Gamecube bundle that came with Luigi's Mansion and a memory card because it didn't have this game in it. (didn't get a memory card till like 2 weeks later when my dad took me back to target to argue with customer service that the gamecube was cheaper elsewhere and target had a policy that they would cover the difference if you found something you bought there somewhere else cheaper...and I used that money to buy a memory card and Smash Bros Melee)
