Bella and Cassandra died after running into the fire, not just next to it! The Sims 1 was so crazy! And why did the fireman extinguish a fire burning nothing outside instead of fire around Sims before they died?! Mad!

I honestly forgot how fire was a death sentence in this game. Your Sims would always be stupid enough to stand right next to it or if they were extinguishing it they were pretty much guaranteed to catch on fire themselves.

I installed a mod pack with this mod in it. This figurine sometimes spawns randomly in kids rooms. One of the kids tried this autonomously and I had no idea what was happening. It was so scary I had to alt + F4

Well, this gives me another reason to hate clowns. However, the Extinguish spell from Makin' Magic would be able to deal with his carnage quite handily until someone finally got around to calling the Clown Catchers (assuming that they work on this guy).

I'm curious at which NPC AI he uses. He tends to set objects on fire on a very similar order all the time. He also turns back into his figurine after setting a lot of objects on fire, or when there are no objects to target. The figurine itself cannot be destroyed by a fire.

First, we deal with the Smith family with the Pyromaniac Clown model. Result: Mike, Cheryl, Caiden, Kyle, and Donna were the last people standing. Deaths: Madalina, Tabi, Amy, Brennan, Sarah, Felicity, Bree, Danessa. Second, we deal with the Iconix family with the Pyromaniac Clown model. Result: Loopy had survived by going to work. Poby, Eddy, Tamika, Tails, Ariela, and Rhonda were the last people standing. Deaths: Pororo, Crong, Petty, Rody, Harry, Tong-tong, Rolani, Angela, Matthew, Dogtanian, Sam, Mike, Mary, Anna, Zira, Sage, Patter. Signed, Angela. P.S. The Tragic Clown was killed twice in two families.

Fires are so dangerous in the sims 1 whereas in sims 3 they are not so dangerous as sims can simply put themselves out and those with daredevil and brave traits will autonomously put them out instead of panic and pyromaniacs and daredevils will never die by fire but can catch fire for 3 hours instead of 1. But what makes fire so less dangerous is that when a sim dies by fire and another one is nearly dead and the grim reaper shows up the fire is extinguished and the sim is saved from death at least that annoying feature doesn’t happen in the sims 4 but does sometimes happen in the sims 2.

Actually this mod makes no sense. Why would anyone spend hours building a house/family just to burn it out? This wouldn't be even fun on community lots, it would destroy whole neighbourhood. As someone said, Extinguish magic crystal ability from Makin Magic would help here, but you would need at least 3 spell casters
