Lola and Chloe was raised by their step-mom (and Glarns ex wife) Glabe. After he had the girls he abandoned them with Glabe and remarried. I always imagined that Jenny and her brothers never knew about the twins. That’s why they don’t know them, don’t consider them as family (the Curious brothers can actually romance them, ew) and why Jenny didn’t think there was a problem to marry PolTech#9.

I know BIGFOOT was an NPC in the Sims 2 I'm amazed he's not in the Sims 4 I know his costume is in CAS but I would love to see him walking around the world's
