I'm sorry to hear that! So this specific glitch worked for me with every counter I have in the video until an update, then only the Navy White counter would work for me while other counters still worked for other people! If it isn't working I would delete the room, exit edit mode, and retry from scratch. You also don't want to go too slowly cuz it seems to timeout on occasion. Which countertop are you using?

There was one awhile ago but when I tried it myself it wouldn't work so I think it's outdated. It sounds like you're onto something if you can make it turn red! That would be so awesome to duplicate furniture!!!!

You'll need to find a counter that a tabletop item can be set on for the glitch to work. Before beginning the glitch it's easier to make a lineup of various countertops that extend up the wall with cupboards and see which ones can hold tabletop items. Before my phone's most recent update the glitch worked with many different counters, but then after the update it only worked with the Navy blue and white one. I hope this helps you!!

That means the glitch probably timed out. Your best bet is to delete one of the 2 objects and put the other in your inventory, then delete both rooms and >exit edit mode.< Then enter edit mode and try again and it should work this time. Sometimes it sort of "times out" and beginning again from scratch fixes it! I hope this helps!

Hi@@peekaboothekittynot necessarily a certain level, but as crafting hobbies and events roll by you unlock new counters there. The ones you earn from leveling up you can't set an item on so they won't work so definitely do events! Sadly there isn't an option yet to sell multiple items at once. Hopefully someday that will become an option; that would be great!

No, no real hacks. There are scams out there that ask for your personal account info to apply lp and sp to your account so be careful. If I ever learn of a legitimate hack or glitch to get them I'll make a video on it for sure!

where do you find the navy and white counter tops?

You can unlock it in the Luxury Living Live Event, but if you haven't completed that yet, I would try with other counters because some seem to work for people but not for others. More worked for me until I had an update. Just before wasting your time doing the entire glitch, I would place all the counters I wanted to test and see which ones I can set a tabletop item on. You want a counter that goes up the wall with upper cupboards or shelves. I hope this helps!

With the newest update it only works with the Navy White Wall counter, just a heads-up before you buy a house that doesn't have that one! Figures RIGHT after I posted this video they updated it! 😂 At least one counter still works!

I would try completing events that come up that give you counters (counters you can place items on) or if you save up simoleons you can purchase a pre-designed house that has newer counters like the ones shown in the video. Sadly even leveling up doesn't give us counters we can set items on, only by events or house purchases.

So how do I do events

When a new event begins it will usually pop up but you can click on "active tasks" at the bottom to see current events, weekly tasks, and social tasks. There will be different prompts to follow depending on the event. Crafting events will prompt you to place candle making stations and will walk you through step-by-step what to do, there will be instructions for each event once you begin it. They're also timed so I always log in each day so I don't miss any new events. Good luck!
