3:45 We had no info about it, but I think the houses were the normal submited houses. Which would make sense, since a lot of people have rebuild your houses -- would have liked it more if you just submitted one yourself, since this update is named after you. (I'm kidding, anyone-- fight me.) LOL

Hi Joy, Thank you so much for addressing this issue. I’ve been playing Sims FreePlay about a month after it launched and from looking at your progress mine looks almost identical. I was saying the same thing. How am I going to complete Quests that I already completed YEARS ago, but now I’m locked out of? I shouldn’t have to start these Quests all over again. It almost reminds me of a money grab and kinda makes me want to totally stop playing the game. I also play Sims4 and maybe that’s what I need to do just focus my attention and all of my funds there. I don’t like this new upgrade at all. For the first time since I started playing the game, I’m EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and they may have lost a dedicated customer. And why would they let someone else take credit for YOUR HOUSE? That’s real shady. Hopefully, they will fix that real soon. If not I can’t be a part of something that dishonest and shady. By the way, I love your emoji👍!

I have the exact same problem because I have been playing since 2012. I hope they fix this. It’s really frustrating. I just wanted to say that I love all your builds, and generally build them in my town, but I always give you credit with # Joys Creative finger. I love that romantic house that you built, and yes it definitely looks like someone hijacked your build, and fire monkeys needs to acknowledge that it’s your build or it needs to be looked into. You put so much hard work into your builds, videos, and series. I am a huge fan of yours , and you actually taught me building techniques with all you videos. Thank you so much. I have build your house and I wanted to change the floor plan but I couldn’t because almost everything in your house is locked for me But the layout is really nice so it’s not really bad so I will just keep the house and when I level 55 I probably will change everything about your house so yeah but at least I can put it in my inventory

Now I’m understanding this even more how can you un lock quests when you have already completed them, especially when I started playing this game a long time ago, like you have advised swimming pools, babies, toddlers etc have been in my game for a long time.

On this topic, has anyone else had their designs put in the architect store without knowing until you stumble upon it? It's happened to me once, only there were some minor changes done to the house like different interior walls and some different furnishings here and there. But the floorplan was exactly the same. They called it something like "spacious white house". I just found it strange that it was my design that was just taken from me and put on the store without a word to me. Is that just how the architect tab works?

Thanks Joy :) I totally agree with you. I mean I purchased items with CASH, but when you wanted to use the item that you actually pay for, you still need to pay with simeoleons or LP or SP. It’s not fair and I think they need to resolve this issue because most of the items are not that cheap and you’re hoping to use them when building houses and since you pay for the items, it should be totally free

Joy, l thought that I would be able to get my extra sim in my town but the guide says that I’m only at 77+ thousand points and that doesn’t make sense for me because I’ve been playing this game for like about five years now so I understand your frustration and I do hope they fix this because I’ve done everything! Ok one thing I'm actually worried about is the ghosthunting hobby. For those of us who have been playing from the start, and had mastered the hobby before they expanded it, does it count as fully completed? It honestly should because we have all the ghost unlocked, and frankly it will take forever to master the hobby again. (I'm still holding off on updating my game so I don't actually know how the game recognizes it).

Oh dear so sorry to hear that… I find that pictures, chat messages and videos on my phone take up the most space. I just can’t delete my important pictures… I hold on to a lot of family memories. Try look through what you don’t need and remove those and see if you are able to create space. Best of luck.

Wow I have only been replaying this game for a year and I thought I had problems with this update. DO NOT exit the game from the neighbors to update your timer because it resets your sim (took six tries to get out of that bath). Did this twice in a row to prove it. Also crashed by trying to use fridges in desert city for chase since they were already setup. That desert city is dangerous DO NOT use it for chase.

There's also a big glitch with the toothbrushes.When you click it,it gives you the sink options instead of the brush options.

I've been playing for years and am at level 55. Fortunately, I don't have any locked items and all last quests are complete. But there is a new debug tab that has items I've already won or purchased. Like the blue and white stairs that came with the last quest. They are still in place and work,thank goodness. My question is, I leave one plot open in each section: small and large residence plot, penthouse, boathouse, and oceanview... because I want to see when new houses are submitted. Will I see new houses if all plots are filled?
