@ I sure did. I downloaded and extracted the files onto my computer. But I keep getting a code 10 on which every USB port o plug the pedals into. I’ve even tried the USB3.0 port. Nothing. Nothing at all.

@@alexpenaloza4708 They should work plug and ply, wthout installing drivers, the manager is for firmware and calibration, not drivers. You either have problems with the box or the USB. But if you tried all of them probably the box or the cable they provided. I got 2 weeks ago Simsonn Pro Plus and they worked when i plugged them in.

@@alexpenaloza4708 Very odd, are you running Windows 10 or 11? Did you run command prompt as admin and do sfc/scannow to see if there are any driver errors in need of repair on your pc?

@ I’m running windows 11. I saw some German guys post a video about his gameplay using these. In he’s comments there a few people having the same issue with the connection as well. From what I understand and the troubleshooting I did, there is a file that is missing. (.inf file) The zip file from the Simsonn Google Drive still needs some work to get everything done and working properly. If they can’t get it done by the beginning of next month back to Chi-Nan my pedals go. Only thing that sucks is now I know how good these feel and it’s hard to pick another load cell pedal like the Logitech Pro pedals vs these. 😮‍💨 First world problems mate.

It seems sketchy that everyone is just doing unboxing videos. Are people who were given them not allowed to do a hands-on review of them until after the New Year?

@@Hatredy11 yeah, I have 3 kids a full time job, I haven't had time to set them up yet. They're still on the table in the same spot I finished filming and I want to give natural first impressions. So I haven't been able to get anything else done. Plus.. I have a lot on my table over the holidays. Join our Discord if you'd like I'll post when I get more out there.

I got mine set up. They are a good buy. The software is better than expected. I added a riser plate for a better pedal angle.
