usdfld is used for user defined field output, for example if you want to make distributed load that follow certain mathematical formula.. you can use usdfld... for material model, you should use umat instead.

@@FEADith Thanks Sir for your prompt response. I would like to analyse the long-term performance of concrete structure by considering the creep and shrinkage effect caused by sustained loading. Should I use UMAT instead of USDFLD, Sir?

try check the existing creep model in Abaqus. this will save you a significant amount of development time. but if you need specific constitutive model to fit the behavior, UMAT is the way to move forward.
