I love your work Sina AND I'm incredibly jealous! I am now 68, wanted to be a girl-drummer forever, long before anyone ever was, so I never thought it possible. Keith Moon was the first drummer I wanted to BE, in 1968 with "Happy Jack," then of course everything the Who ever did. Saw Ginger Baker that year too and my mind was further boggled. I air-drummed everywhere, drummed on my little tambourine. Before my mother died at age 93, she said to me out of the blue: "We should have gotten you a drum set." No one thought of such things in the '60's. I love that she said that, in her dementia, with such love. Enjoy who you are, Sina, you're fabulous, girl!!!!! DRUM ON!!!

That was fantastic that your mom said that to you! Never too late if you're physically challenged or not. You didn't mention if you were. I am but I play nevertheless even in pain. It's great physical therapy and more important gives great joy! Speaking from experience I am 62 years old and I am a drummer. I have been drumming since I was 13. Never professionally but has been a great happiness in my life. The older I get the more strange I must appear to others. But I don't let that stop me from enjoying playing my drums!

@@juliel.5731 Wow, Julie...thank you so much for your sweet reply! I am encouraged by your words, by Sina, and by the fact that I do have a new friend who is a drummer and has a set in a barn I could bang around on if I got up the courage! I love that you are a drummer just for yourself! How cool is that?!! I have a lot less strength in my wrists these days after being so strong all my life. Carpal tunnel and two surgeries, plus two injuries on top of that. But I haven't given up. I dance like a top and think of it as drumming with my feet! I'll see what I can do with my friend's offer to let me try it out sometime. Thank you so much...DRUM ON, GIRL!!! You're every bit as cool as Sina is!!! Take good care and be safe.

Sina is fascinating: attentive to her playing, trim, very much herself. There is an unbridgeable gap between over-60 male commentators (myself included): a longing, an admiration from afar on their part, while Sina just goes on totally immersed and enjoying the music. You can't help admiring the relaxed and absorbed artistry, the fascinating and varied rhythmic patterns, totally under control, and the sprezzatura with which she performs, controlled, effortlessly fluid and without the wild movements of the typical rock drummer; creative and and able to smile at the happy moment of artistic creativity. The grace of the accomplished artist.

Thank you. Starting out as a young drummer in the UK in the 60s there were two drummers who inspired me - Baker & Moon. Moon has always had his critics - Bill Bruford had written on his shoes "I hate Keith Moon" and claimed the reason for it was that "He is not a drummer, he just hits things". I love Bruford's playing but I can see why he felt that way. To him Moon must have seemed to have leaked in from another dimension. What he didn't seem to grasp was that Moon was perfect for the music he was given. If someone had swapped Bruford for Moon into the Who it would never have worked and Moon in Yes or King Crimson would have been equally awful. Your cover will do a huge amount to show just how good Moon was at his peak and just how perfect he was for the Who. Thanks again. Best wishes for 2021 - and, of course, we want you to do the whole album.

Absolutely YES! Please cover the whole album. This was thrilling that you covered so much more ground than just the brief song in the title (I missed the indication that it would be an extended Medley - so a very happy surprise). Tommy was the most exciting music in my life a mere 52 or 53 years ago when it was released and dazzled my G-G-G-G-G-G- Generation. No doubt the most wildly creative and diverse period in the history of popular music. The summer after its release was the summer of Woodstock - I grew up in New York, USA, not too far from Yasgur's Farm. We were young and absorbing everything with our hearts and minds wide open as you apparently do as well Sina. Unfortunately though, even though I lived for the music, I was a failed musician - a guitar player who played as if I was deaf dumb and blind decades before there was an internet to give you the chords and video instruction. Was no good at Pinball either! Thank you...loving your videos and the work of your collaborators.

So what is so cool about this is this video is that it is continuing the theme brought up last time; of the new Sina acknowledging the previous Sina, and kind of coming full circle....Because this sort of thing here is exactly what Sina started off doing on YT when she was 14; ...Just the simplicity of blowing everyone away playing a classic rock song (medley) like this...and now just look at her skill level...The other really cool thing is how so many of us spotted that she 'possesses a special set of unique skills' (as Liam Neeson would say) way back when...So well done Sina. ....I have a feeling that your uncanny ability to totally memorize the drums parts really came in handy on this one...🧡 HNY!!

When I was playing as a young kid in the 70's the only way to learn or understand a players licks was to wear out an LP playing it over and over. Now anyone wanting to see how it was played simply has to watch. For me what makes you Sina better than most is it's not just a simulation, it often FEELs like it was originally done. You possess the original personality and emotions meant to be projected. Your depth of understanding is what I love most. Thanks Girl!

I thing that traditional really agrees with you. It has opened your playing up and given you a smoother, more swinging feel. My respect to you for putting in the hard work. Great job!!

When you're at the end of a set, your fingers are numb, your heart is racing, your gasping for breath, you KNOW you're just created a wonderful sound. Great going Sina.

Please cover the whole album! No one plays Keith like you-not even Zak Starkey (whom I greatly admire and respect). You capture his soul and spirit like no one else. Please cover as much as you can! It is such a thrill to hear his artistic spirit channeled through you. Brings tears to my eyes. NO ONE EVER HAS PLAYED DRUMS LIKE KEITH-EVER! You capture his spirit... Thank you!

Fantastic way to end this year! Amazing performance, Sina! You must have had a lot of pent up energy, or frustration to get out! I think we all have a lot of frustration to get out, we just don't have drums to take it out on. Phenomenal job as always! Wishing you the best for the new year and things to come!

Great job and what memories this brings back. I had Tommy on vinyl way back "in the day." Tommy and Jesus Christ, Superstar were the two big "rock operas" and they hit about the same time (1969/1970). They were both very influential in my appreciation of music. Thanks for sharing your talent and your appreciation of these "classics."

This medley is an excellent choice to start a new year with. Almost 12 mins of sheer Moon delight. Thanks, Sina. And what a brave challenge you have undertaken. Not many drummers try to cover Keith, and no wonder. Keith was at his wildest during Tommy era. Amazing journey is especially notorious piece to tackle thru. It’s so inspiring to see you work so hard to take us to Keith’s dimension, and you do it so well! Cheers to you! And a lot of hearts :)

So excellent to see you play traditional grip. Love watching your videos, they are the songs of my childhood, and I still play my original vinyl copy of Tommy. You do this so well, I would love to see the whole rock opera!

Dear Little Lady! Since 1963 I have been listening and collecting rock music. In my opinion, now in the world there is no master of playing drums equal to You, but I am sure that there is simply no limit to your perfection. Take care of yourself and your family and move on!
