Unironically Velka is the Maiden in Black, the Moon and especially Ecplipsing Moon in Darksouls, and ultimately the Moon Presence in Bloodborne. I can back this up. Thank you for coming to my Ted-Talk

"The Diffused One" Like humanity is diffused into the pygmies, all to eventually be called seedbed of Darkness and sprout into the Darkwood which is everywhere but never referenced directly. Also: killed kirk in the Depths, and realized you pick up Humanity out of Blood from the first game, referenced throughout 2, and eventually revealed to be the purpose for the final DLC of Darksouls overall. No what's *really* bothering me is the Moon-magic that's evident on your own bloodstains. Like the Bonfires/Archstonea are a manifestation of a moon-generated dream you've been tied to.

That the Maiden In Black treats the Old One as a baby, despite being a subordinate supernatural being, is very reminiscent of Nyarlathotep's relationship to Azathoth. Except Nyarlathotep in this situation is a waifu. So basically it's _Nyaruko: Crawling with Love._
