I just made this and it was absolutely delicious. The one tip I would like to share from my experience of making it, during the final stage (dumm process), don't put all the gravy from the chicken in the rice. Just put as much as necessary or the biryani might become soggy. Save the extra chicken gravy and serve on the side instead.
