If angular speed and frequency confuses you here's short explanation: angular speed is how much angle you pass(how many circles you pass) through one second. Frequency is how many cycles you pass through a second. So if cycle is a circle(2pi) then angular speed is 2pi * f. If frequency is 2 cycles per second, angular speed is 2*2pi/sec(2 circles per second)

Adobe Sketchbook, Wacom Bamboo tablet, and Camtasia for video and audio capture. Any similar hardware/software works, too.

+Khan Academy yes I knew its a Wacom tablet, but there are too many types and prices of Wacom tablets. Please suggest me the best for writing on screen i don't interest in drawing. Im a teacher too from Iraq, and I wish to use these technologies in the teaching just like you. Thanks for the best channel in KZbin.

Father time has cycle, aka chronos, apollo, saturn, el diablo, cyclical
