Hi, I think Mr Ramarumo doesn't know, but however Raf pay twice depending on the claim. The Attorney"s claim for general injuries and lost of income... Specially if you were working during the time of accident.

@Sne Why were you bothered about investigating about unfair dismissal after soo long? Couldn’t you go to CCMA?

There were things that CCMA would not look into that I needed to come to light, and I did it at that specific time because I was financially able

Question 😅 If a person got into an accident and suffered injuries but the doctor signs them off as not fit to claim for RAF, but a year later those injuries gets worse and they pass on. How can one proceed in this case, like with their past managers admitting on the impact they suffered from those injuries. And does RAF expire😅?like before a person can make a claim
