Small correction: Erisychtion (or however he‘s spelled) was already defeated by Diabellstar and the Goblins. If you look closely at the art of Goblin Bikers gone wild, the goblins on top of the wild beast carry the Ax, the helmet and the flame of said Azamina, indicating that they already defeated it

The mix of real world lore and different tropes makes this one of the best new stories so far in modern YGO. I hope that eventually it also gets a promo like the Albaz's lore Complete File: Story of White! They also somehow mimic Vergil and Dante in DMC regarding their decisions. Dante relies on his humanity and his trust in others in order to succeed, while Vergil will do anything in order to become strong enough to win. Dante and Diabellstar use weaponized Sinful Spoils but are not corrupted by it, while Vergil and Diabellstar both ate the forbidden fruit (Qlipoth and Azamina) in order to become more powerful. Interested to see where this story goes!

Shit man I never even noticed that Damned dragon was a fusion. What I think happened in the white forest stuff is Susurrus happening first, with Elzette wanting to eat the apple, but Astellar telling her that they should take it to their master/teacher/mother figure, Diabell. Diabell is a being in constant self-conflict, holding the power of good and evil, constantly trying to keep the power of the Azamina demons contained within the White Forest so that they don’t spread to the rest of the world, but she didn’t exactly know just how bad the spread of Azamina influence was until she took a bite of the apple, hoping it would have an answer of some kind, but nahhh. Demon possession time! Astellar flees, but with Diabell losing control of herself, the Azamina demons are released all at once. With the most powerful one taking Diabell’s body, Silvy and Rucia are quickly conquered as well, as without physical forms, the only way Azamina demons can interact with the physical world is through the bodies of others. For a time, Elzette is taken over by an Azamina demon, and during that time, the demon kills Morrian, Elzette desperately trying to stop the demon from killing someone she for some reason cared about. And in sinful spoils awakening, Elzette’s sheer grief purges herself of the Azamina demon, not that it minded now that there was a fresh, more powerful corpse to possess. Becoming Azamina Moa Regina as Elzette fled, the white forest becoming demon turf for the time being. Azamina Sol Eryschithon doesn’t make a lot of sense to me because the other Azamina demons need a body to possess, but he just doesn’t? He takes the appearance of some kind of armor, so after Poplar consumed crazy beast, maybe the rusty, half-digested remains of the armor were what was possessed? Idk. As for Azamina Debtors, I believe that it happens immediately after grand breakout and grand crisis, while the goblin bikers all have to work together to defeat Sol Erischython, Diabellstar is left to fight the possessed bodies of her mentors, Ilia Silvia and Mu Rcleiago, she eventually wins and teams up with the goblin bikers because she has a serious sense of urgency about what happened with Diabellze and KNOWS where she’s going with Poplar. Diabellze does battle with Moa Regina, wins off-screen, into unleashing, she merges with Poplar and the Azamina Queen reveals her true form, St. Azamina.

Also, because the Azamina demons possessing people result in the lost souls of those possessed to inhabit objects, creating sinful spoils, you might be wondering where Diabell’s soul is. … Well, since she committed the original sin, I think she’s the snake eye, Poplar houses Diabell’s soul, but since it’s like the only sinful spoil that’s a living being, Poplar doesn’t show it.

I think we either will receive a new fiend archetype or we getting 2 new white forest monsters as we are missing morrian/moa regina and aithon/sol when they were alive (they both require fiend monsters as fusion materials unlike sylvia and mu, and the new wf cards mentions a tritype: ilusion, fiend and spellcaster). I also believe that maybe either Queen azamina is Diabell's SS (as both are queen, and the queen azamina IS a ss) or diabell and diabellze are both halves of her SS.

In Sol Eryschithon's case, Crazy Beast swallowed the "Sinful Spoil Aethon", meaning Eryschithons body had already been possessed and transmuted by the time Big Gabonga found the sinful spoil.

I think moa Regina was able to save Elzette by sacrificing herself to the azamina. Diabellze was crying but also bonded with sinful spoil Morrian If i remembered reading the Azamina are the soulless bodies of the white forest members that are animated by the hallowed azamina but the souls of the white forest are thought to survive in the form of the sinful spoils that Diabellstar and Diabellze has. If so, Rucia, Silvy and Regina has always protected the two sisters even after losing their bodies.

That’s an interesting theory. It would explain why she no longer has the fruits growing out of her, which was not explained on any other card. The soulless bodies seem probable. Having the souls traps somewhere gives both sisters a reason to want the sinful spoils. Do you remember where you read that? I couldn’t find any official lore for the Azamina when I was making the video so I would like to read it if possible.

@ google the organization and Diabellstar lore and it’s similar to the official lore reference you used for the prologue, but the very first part where they talk about demons mention they remove the souls from people and use their bodies as living puppets (hence the shadow puppet have a marionette controller)

The sinful spoils definitely has personality and they are fused to Diabellstar body. I think it manifests on them after Diabell somehow "transfers" her powers to both girls (in the Sinful Spoil of the White Forest). Perhaps they are not biological sisters but I think the time they spent together during their childhood was enough for both to treat each other like sisters.

I think its important to note that rceila and silvera might not necessarily be corrupted versions of rucia and silvy but possible just their own magical forms, since they appear to be different from the art of diabell after being taken over, lacking that tendrily parts of their bodies. Its also interesting that rceila and silvera are also sinful spoils, and both of the sinful spoils have their own personality. Ive seen people theorize that the sinful spoils that share these names are silvy and rucia reduced to such a state after the azamina takeover.

The 2 flames on the top of Like the Diabell could very well be Silvy and Rucia's souls.

I’m with you, Astellar needs to win. My prediction is that Diabellze and Diabell will both die, Poplar will ascend to the original guardian form of Flamberge, and the goblin bikers will get some sort of super powered animal like Crazy Beast and a sinful spoil of their own to go along with it. Before you ask if they should just become corrupted by the Azamina as a result. The symbol on the fruit are different than the symbol of the fruit on sussurus, scourge, and the azamina monsters. This led me to think that the fruit in general is safe to eat (a wolf even has one in its mouth in silvy's artwork), but that one specific fruit with the different symbol is what caused the azamina corruption.

Bagooska negates every Snake Eye or Diabelstar effect of every monster and I have won so many duels by just putting him out in Defense. He also hard counters Tenpai. Bagooska Pass into Zeus is still meta relevant I just wish Bagoo had bottles instead of pillows which is a more deserving lore story...

I do wanna say i don't agree with everything in this video, but overall i think it's good! I just wanna note that while Diabell might be Astellar and Elzette's "mother" in a sense, it's not a literal mother. The heterochromia you pointed out onoy exists as Diabellstar and Diabellze. Neither Astellar or Elzette have that heterochromia in their card arts.

Then when she's corrupted because of the Azamina's influence, she passes her power into Astellar and Elzette in an attempt to protect them
