I loved the fact that food in India is so affordable. Here in Pakistan, you could never have 5 dosas and a coffee in 240 rs🥺 I wish I could visit India someday and taste all the food there.

Actually Biryani down in south is made of a particular type of rice called seeraga sambha so when it’s cooked down with a meat like mutton it becomes mushy so that’s why you didn’t get the vibe of an actual basmati rice biryani , but trust me down south in Madurai anol you’ll find only such biryanis made of seeraga sambha , hope u try biryani down south in Madurai for better understanding of the biryani it’s really good !!!
