The young boys and girls of the Kyoto Tachibana Senior High School Marching Band, truly are amazing to watch especially if you're one the priveleged one to see this up close and personal. They are bar none, and even though there are other truly acceptional Senior High Marching Bands they are not Tachibana. I may be very biased here, but not none can compare to them. Young girls like Chippi, Penguin, and Hitomi Kawamaru who put their best foot forward and give it their all without exception. This does not diminish the fact that they have several youngsters like in the midst of them. For this very reason I think so highly of them.

Never before have I heard Benny Goodman's Sing Sing Sing and John Williams Swing Swing Swing done at the same time. o_O Far out!
Moving around with instruments that require wind-breath to make sound can be extremely challenging as it might ruin the sound- but this? Done by *_kids?_* Unbelievably incredible. Prodigies! All of them!
I decided to drop everything I was doing to get a dose of Tachibana SHS doing Sing Sing Sing! I never, ever, get tired of them! They lift me up and away from everything like a hot air balloon to a happy place in the sky! They still rank #1 with me always. They are nothing short of fantastic!

1:50 if some of the new viewers are wondering why there is a piece from the Swing Swing Swing by John Williams in this Performance. The band always modify their theme song(Sing Sing Sing) over the years to make it unique. Mixing it with other masterpiece with the likes of “It Don't Mean a Thing (If It Ain't Got That Swing)” and “Swing Swing Swing” in some performances they didn't start it with Sing Sing Sing but they will always end every performance with Sing Sing Sing

I mean tbh this band is good but they don’t actually march a fieldshow. Like they dance one and they have their little formations and everything and obviously their choreography is amazing but they don’t demonstrate marching techniques and they don’t move across a whole football field. I’m not trying to undermine their talent I’m just not trying to undermine American highschool marching bands either

This is in Japan. As far as I'm concerned, this is a formal performance, so every one gives the equal amount of respect. Japan isn't like the US where the marching bands are judged by the audience based on how loud they clap.

@@skadaaskadeen There's a "band battle" challenge that KT were in that was televised - kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZoazeKCXZb98gKs Viewer warning - the camera crew deserved a kick up their rear ends with nauseating camera angles and movement that was totally unnecessary given these kids' dynamic performances. They appeared to be judged by audience reaction I think.
