Hello Shazali, cheers! there is no simple answer for this because rules and regulations regarding vehicle importation are constantly changing. I cannot provide the most up-to-date information. The pandemic will probably change how we travel in future too. I have created two other videos addressing the main paper work involved and where to get your information. I do not have the exact details as I have never ridden to Cambodia and Vietnam. I think Cambodia is possible. For Vietnam, less than 250cc and with a guide.
