Any advice how you managed to cross the land border from Thailand to Myanmar? I thought all the land borders into Myanmar are currently closed?

It was opened in 2015. Many things have changed since then.

Amazing adventure btw, may i know what are the things that i need to prepare for example which country do i need to apply visas? Do i need to apply in advance or on possible on the spot? I would love to go for an adventure ride to central asia from Singapore hopefully once the pandemic is over in the near future
@TheWanderingWasp3 жыл бұрын
Hello Shazali, cheers! there is no simple answer for this because rules and regulations regarding vehicle importation are constantly changing. I cannot provide the most up-to-date information. The pandemic will probably change how we travel in future too. I have created two other videos addressing the main paper work involved and where to get your information. If you are a Singapore passport holder, you can check the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website to see where you need visa. kzbin.info/www/bejne/f3a1eHSqiJycsK8 kzbin.info/www/bejne/fZyQqH6Xd5eDm8U

I do not have the exact details as I have never ridden to Cambodia and Vietnam. I think Cambodia is possible. For Vietnam, less than 250cc and with a guide.

To say that I wasn't afraid is a lie, as I travelled most of my fears are unfound with common sense and situational awareness. There are more good people than bad.
