I think it is up to individual preference. for me, sometimes it is good to get away from the busy city working life and go to the beach and enjoy the see breeze. This is my 3rd visit to forest city

Thank you very much! TKL volunteered and introduced a small group of first time visitors from SG to know more about Forest City. This video was filmed on 15 Sept (Sun). I was presently surprised that I was able to clear 2 customs and travel from Boon Lay to Forest City all within 1 hour just by taking buses

Brtter lah. ..you can choose the units carefully and no need to Rush. In the past , you get ready a Bank Drat of 10 percent down payment and through a model house and a land plan, choose your unit number, pay deposit amd hope for the Best on the outcome of your new home...There will be a lot of surprises and normally not up to your expectations. Nevertheless...People will tell you , you csn do Renovation later On.😮

Thank you very much! As I was using a singapore ez-link card, the first tap was to deduct the bus fare in singapore dollars. The second tap is to facilitate the printing of the receipt so that I do not have to pay again when I boarded the bus after I passed the singapore immigration at Tuas Checkpoint

There was no ‘tour’, it’s hard to say if it’s worth a trip. If I go, I would do it from JB. But, what’s the objective? To see a beach ? Or rejoice with tour guide that China lost a lot of money.

For me, I don't need any objectives. sometimes to get away from the city life to enjoy the beach and sea is a good break. this helps me to rest and recover from working stress. it is difficult to find a quiet and quality beach in sg or in jb city areas. that is why this is my 3rd visits to forest city

@@SGYap Looking at map, the beach is whiter/larger than Sentosa lagoon. Both man made. Looking at location, it’s a good tourist asset, beach and scenery. As for residential, it’s still a permanent asset for Johore people. I don’t understand why the locals/Singapore love to call it ghost town just to insult China.

@@amazingstarzz Correct, no agenda needed for mental wellbeing. Getting away to a quiet place to walk the beach and look at the sea can be more rewarding than going to a shopping mall or a theme park or a tourist attraction.
