🌐SIM Card in Singapore
At the airport, you will find lots of SIM card options available. Personally, I bought Singtel for $15 hi!Tourist 2-in-1 SIM Card
This offers 100GB for 28 days along with 3 GB roaming data for traveling to Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, or Thailand. You also use this card for using the MRT and buses in Singapore, it comes with 3 SGD values in it.
💵Forex Card or Cash or Credit Card
If you have a credit card and debit card enabled for international transactions, then you can use that at most places for paying.
Apart from that you can get SGD in cash from India from BookMyForex, they offer the best forex cash rates most of the time and the process is quite simple too. Or you can get a Forex card from them as that's cheaper than buying Forex cash.
