The MF looked like a bot, i've seen a few bots that when they die the move to a different lane, afk randomly at towers and ping other players randomly. That MF did all this.

it's still less singed really needs a good buff or a good rework like I'm 2/0/2 vs fcking morde he was still able to kill me I tried to kill him after level 6 I recalled came back to the lane I fought him I recalled again when I came back he still had 30% hp yeah pretty nice singed vs morde help singed to lane better like the first stuff is I get too much damage from minions singed can easily reset on his E on minions it's like irelia's Q I should get a shield from W something like that give me something usefull

40 to 42.5 * 2 = 80 to 85. The poison lasts two seconds, so he's measuring total poison damage and 40 to 42.5 is the damage per second

The Q has 2 ticks of damage per second, so that means he need to multiply the buff by two If someone stays on his trail for 10 seconds he will receive 20 ticks of damage, so you need to multiply the base damage by 2

I think the high winrate argument for a champ like singed is based on that he's mostly played by people who have a lot of experience with the champ and so the winrate will be inflated compared to champions just about eveyone plays. The complexity is probably based on that the champ has a unique kit and playstyle not so much that it is mechanically complex.

in a game where every champion has 3 dashes, 2 executes, half of them ignore terrain, all of them scale into monsters end game, and most half some form of ranged... singed is a champion who has to be *in front of* where the enemy wants to move in order to deal damage, has 0 dashes, and has only one movement steroid, on a 2 minute cooldown, that costs 100 mana. With champions like Nidalee (dashes over walls, executes on spear, 6 total abilities), Elise (targeted lunge over terrain, ranged stun, burst with execute), Aphelios (Lifesteal boost, attack speed boost, root, snipe, wave clear, and an ult with shorter cooldown that bursts for thousands of damage), and Zoe (6 second portal, far ranged burst projectile, sleep for execute, nigh-infinite summoner spells), you're of the opinion that the champion who "moves 20% faster once every 2 minutes and leaves a poison trail behind him" needs to be nerfed and make sure that he isn't as good of a win rate as Darius? Darius' toolkit is literally "just gas pedal, always push, always lane bully, Q to heal half HP every 7 seconds, and get a resetting execute ult that deals 600 damage". Which part of that is more complex than trying to take the champion who CANNOT DIRECTLY ATTACK THE ENEMY BEYOND A 13 SECOND FLIP DISPLACEMENT AND *AUTO ATTACKS ON AN ABILITY POWER BASED CHAMPION* and winning the game through the hardest macro ever? There's a reason Singed has to proxy and execute the way he does. It isn't because he's the ONLY ONE who can do it. It's because he can't win fairly, so he HAS to use complex, confusing, and pressuring systems to win. Here, read this ability again and tell me in a world of Samira, Jinx, Nilah, Zed, Talon, Kayn, Hecarim (Who is FASTER THAN THE GUY WHOSE ONLY THING IS THAT HE NEEDS TO BE FAST IN ORDER TO DEAL DAMAGE BY BEING IN FRONT OF HIM), and yes, even Darius, that THIS ability, his BEST DPS ABILITY, needs to be handled. TOGGLE: Singed continually creates a toxic cloud in his wake that lingers for 3.25 seconds. The cloud inflicts Poison icon poison to enemies within, and resets the duration every 0.5 seconds while they remain. Poison icon POISON: The target takes magic damage every 0.25 seconds over 2 seconds. Subsequent inflictions refresh the duration. MAGIC DAMAGE PER TICK:» 5 / 7.5 / 10 / 12.5 / 15 (+ 10% AP) That's right. In a world where Annie has a 210 + 75% AP ratio on an UNDODGABLE RANGED TARGETED STUN ABILITY, DELIVERED UP FRONT AND INSTANTLY... his "80% AP" ability that Minish is talking about? it's 80% over 2 seconds. And that doesn't stack in poison, it is ALWAYS "only 80% over 2 seconds". Which means if singed wants to deal 1,200 damage with an item (let's say 90 AP) to be able to kill someone, maxing Q, he has to grab and hold that person down in the poison for 12.5 seconds straight. 12.5 seconds. Assuming the other person doesn't just... step out of the poison, disengage, teleport away with a dash or escape, stun, shield, heal, or kite singed. If you're curious, 90 AP + max Q for 15 damage per tick equals out to 96 DPS. His ability is to auto attack for as much as a caitlyn starts the game doing, point blank and melee.
