Thanks alot..you saved my life...bought one for my wife as a wedding gift , the thread was breaking continuously. From this video , I just found that the top tension wheel was set at 6 by my kids. All sorted and she was soo happy..

The manual is very bad. It says to "open the hinged cover" with a picture that has the removable extension table/accessory storage still in place and no instructions to remove it first. It has no instructions I can find on how to attach a foot.
