Did you do a video on the buttonhole for this machine? Never used a one setting buttonhole machine and its the only thing holding me back on buying this outright

I have not, but I could do one to show it. I mainly use it to sew automotive leather so I didn't focus on it, but I have been wanting to mess with some of those settings. I will follow up here if I make a video for it.

That's actually a good question Mario. The machine has an excellent LED light that really helps visibility and I'm enjoying the machine to this day!

Hello, I'm maybe gonna get one of these sewing machines. But, I need to know something ... I'm trying to find an "unboxing" video (about the Singer HD6380 machine) here that shows how the machine sounds/works. I've only seen ones on the HD6380M machine. Do you know if they are the same machines? I appreciate your help.

I'm pretty sure they are one and the same. I like it quite a bit, I've been feeding leather through it for months now and it handles it like a champ.

It was definitely interesting to try to follow the instructions and film and get it right. I was pretty good at it within a couple more tries and now, many months later it feels natural. That first time was rough though 😅

Note: When loading the bobbin, you have to have the thread snug in the second metal thing; otherwise, the bobbin threads all wonky.

Hello. It can sew leather very well. Leather is actually the main thing I use it for. I've been running automotive grade leather through it for months without any issues.

You need a basic sewing class

It was my first day with the machine, I've had many months to improve. However, I would still gladly take a class or two. There are always small, finite skills that you need a class to learn. I've successfully upholstered quite a few car parts at this point, but my goal is to be able to do seats so I need all the techniques I can get!
