Tupac is considered the greatest rapper ever not because of his technical ability but because what he has done in 5 years of hip hop being so young is extraordinary. Most rappers spend their whole life trying to accomplish the things Tupac did. The way he was able to influence the culture and the world, challenge the system that oppressed black people.
