I’m pretty sure the reason San broke and laughed at the beginning of Crazy Form is because their Maknae, Jongho was teasing their captain, Hongjoong saying that there were some people that needed to wake up, and that Hongjoong had better hurry up. You can see Jongho’s face (standing next to San) when San laughs that Jongho was so proud of himself for getting San to laugh and mess up. It’s kind of adorable. Hongjoong was also trying not to laugh.

In the Real (last song), when San and Seonghwa say their killing line, they are actually saying it in their native dialect which is Satoori. It’s not shown in this video, but Yunho also does his part in Satoori too. Yunho, San, and Seonghwa are known as the tropical boys because they are from the south. Wooyoung isn’t from the south, but he says his line in Satoori also.

At 22:40, I think San broke out laughing because Hongjoong changed the line from "Let's go" to "Dingo, let's go!" (Dingo is the channel/studio), but it may have been because of the way Jongho delivered his line. It was kind of cute like a little kid.

Hi! Adding a little context, San laughed because of Jongho's short quips before Hongjoong's lines. Jongho was saying "Oh my god there are people who's still not up?" and then Hongjoong said his line "Get up", then Jongho continued "Our leader is speaking though?" Hongjoong: "Get up". The "Hakuna Matata" part in Wave is a phrase meaning "No worries" that Disney decided to make a song about in their Lion King movie, but it is a real phrase from Swahili. There is no connection between the Disney song and the Ateez song. Hoping to see more Killing Voice reactions. Ateez are such talented vocalists, they literally eat their CD's with live vocals. They are amazing performers and the sweetest guys. I love watching new people find ATEEZ, our multi talented guys. KQ Entertainment (Ateez Company) only has two groups ATEEZ and their babies XIKERS. XIKERS Is amazing as well.

I know just what you mean about something that sounds different about all of ATEEZ’s music that makes them identifiably ATEEZ songs even though they actually have such diverse songs and are always experimenting with new genres. I think it’s because ALL of their songs form the very start have been written by a single, small (has about 4-6 people in it at a time) songwriting cabal called EDENARY that has consistently been led from the beginning by their main songwriter EDEN, and keeps the same people in it more or less with some roster changes over the years. But that single, tight knit group of just really talented songwriters that have diverse talents has allowed ATEEZ to always have that certain, fresh and usually very melodically strong characteristic that always marks out an ATEEZ song and makes it tons of fun to hear, sing along with, and (as you saw in this killing voice) perform! ATEEZ really is just an extraordinary group both in terms of their amazingly talented and good-hearted members as well as the talent and longterm consistency/partnerhsip within their creative collaborators supporting them (like EDENARY and their devoted dance crew, choreographers, and daily dance teachers, BbTrippin).

Ateez is my first bias wrecker. I have been BTS ARMY since 2018. No other K-Pop group has impressed me the way all of the members of Ateez have. Between both groups there isn’t a single song that I don’t love. Some slightly more than others, of course, but I still love them all. I’m now ATINY also and that’s no small accomplishment. I’m a 55 year old punk rocker and I’m rather picky about my music because, to me, music is life.

That’s exactly what’s happening to me right now. I’m a huge fan of Seventeen, and while I’ve obviously heard of Ateez before, the only song I had in my playlist was Halazia. Then, I randomly clicked on their Killing Voice performance and was sooo damn impressed. I’ve never really watched any content outside of Seventeen’s, but now I’m literally watching anything Ateez related lol. This has never happened to me before

The order they were standing is Jongho (the maknae/youngest), San, Wooyoung, Yeosang, Hongjoong (the leader, but Atiny and Ateez refer to him as the Captain, as Ateez are pirates), Yunho, Mingi, and Seonghwa. The fandom is Atiny (Ateez + Destiny). You should check out their MVs, but I really recommend their live performances from Kingdom. The Ateez disguised as old people would’ve been San in Hello82’s content. He showed up in costume at a drop the dance.

I'm so happy you love them just as much as we do!!!!!! I saw them in August on their world tour, and it was my first K-pop concert. They did not disappoint. The production, the vocals, the dancing, the crowd, all a 10 out of 10. A 20 even! They performed for 3 hours non-stop, no breaks, and I've never witnessed anything like it in my life!!!

Wanted to give you a quick introduction to Ateez! They are a 8-member Kpop boy group under KQ Entertainment company consisting of (from left to right) Jongho- Main vocalist and maknae(youngest) San- Vocalist and dancer Wooyoung- Vocalist and dancer Yeosang- Dancer and vocalist Hongjoong- Main Rapper and Captain(leader) Yunho- Vocalist and Dancer Mingi- Rapper Seonghwa- Vocalist and sub-rapper In age order, it is: Seonghwa, Hongjoong, Yunho, Yeosang, San, Mingi, Wooyoung, Jongho They technically don’t have official positions, as they all have strengths in every area, but this is what they are most known for. Their general concept is time-traveling pirates (hence, why we call Hongjoong the Captain), and their debut was pirate king(“Will you be my friend?”). These songs you heard were really just the tip of the iceberg for them, and they have many more b-sides (non/less promoted songs) We as a fandom are called “Atiny”, a combination of Ateez and Destiny A few MVs I’d recommend to show their more fun side are The Real, Wave(the first song you heard), and Eternal Sunshine. Ateez can pull off any style of music but there is always something that makes it something only Ateez can do. They also have really been through the fire climbing their way from small company (they actually did a comeback appearance at a library for Say My Name) to going to Coachella, headlining Mawazine and selling out stadiums. I think that trial by fire where they treated every performance as if it could be their last strengthened them as a group.

Mannnn, I would really appreciate if you wouldn't move your earphone away from your ear during a note or pause the video in the middle of a high note. It really takes one away from the experience and how we were anticipating your reaction to that specific part. Its just something that was irking me throughout the video. If you're gonna pause in the middle of a note to share your thoughts or react, that's fantastic. But then rewind it a bit so you can listen to that note as a whole rather than breaking it with the pause. We want you fully immersed in the experience.
