The amazement is universal. Yes, he is a very nice and genuine person. Marcelito Castro Pomoy IS THE REAL DEAL. Check out his life story; it is worthy of a movie I had the great privilege of meeting and watching him live in concert last June in Toronto. He took a chair and chit chatted with my wife and I at the meet and greet the day before the concert. Watching him live was like an out of body experience. The videos DO NOT do his voice any justice. As well as growing up on the streets of the Philippines from the age of seven, he is self taught. He learned this song by listening to recordings and pronuouncing the words in two languages which he did not speak. Now he is married and is a father with a singing career that may take both him and us for many years to come! 💞

He's literally came from the street. He was an orphaned and homeless.. selling everything to live. And one day he auditioned to philippines got talent and he won.. he doesn't have a formal training. To think he just finished grade 3 in elementary due to poverty and without even a formal vocal trainings at all in the past. He is an orphaned at the age of 7yrs old when his parents got separated and he live with his father who got in jailed, so Marcelito literally grew up on the streets. When he's crying, he rather sing to express his sad emotions and in a video anywhere. That's his life history until he joined Pilipinas Got Talent in 2011 hoping just to reunite his broken family who already have separate lives and family as his father. Not expecting that he will nailed it the finals to become the Champion of that season of Pilipinas Got Talent.

Oh yes !!! Alma is a world treasure ! It's almost as if she lives in another dimension ... she is so far ahead of herself. I continually go back to she and the young soprano phenom Amira performing Alma's ... "The Duet of the Stepsisters" which she composed, accompanied on the piano and sang with Amira Willighagen with both barely 10 years old. It was mind-blowing the amount of talent at that venue that day. With those two unleashed upon the music world for years to come we are in good hands. Cheers.
