I have watched this 100+ times and I'm still speechless. I have a self-imposed rule when I watch a new video. No stopping. It's a sign of respect for the artist. That rule (and my decorum) went out the window for this performance... carried away by a tornado named Dimash. I actually paused the video and THREW my phone (not just once, but twice). Dropped it like it was hot and I'd just been burnt. Swearing was also involved (more than twice). ??? what was that??... pause.... REWIND.... play... he'd throw another bomb 💣....@#$% pause.... REWIND.... play and over again. It took about 1/2 hour to get through the song just once. I STILL don't what to call that thing he does with his voice. I have never heard anything like it. I wrote to Dimash on his KZbin channel and told him he blew our collective minds, then asked him if he was trying to blow us off the planet. I think he damn near did. Judging by every comment I've read, we're still shook up days later and it shows no sign of letting up. NOPE, NOT HAPPENING. If he ever does that to us again (oh Lord, he just might!!! Thank you so much! The band that was playing for him were celebrating their 30th anniversary! He was a guest performer! Originally they are from Kazakhstan, but they live and work in Russia for many years! They are very popular and have many beautiful songs! The guy that was playing keyboards is a songwriter! The music to ‘Sinful passion’ was written by him, but words by famous Russian poet!

Dimash did an amazing cover of "Sinful Passion". The original version (by A'STUDIO) was a nice pop/rock ballad [although the A'Studio video makes me wonder why during the lead guitar solo, he's not even playing the guitar - he's just holding it). Dimash, as usual, really turned it into something unique, and gave it a sultry and passionate sensation, bringing the song to new heights, driping with emotion. He also included new jaw dropping vocal acrobatics, reminding listeners that you can never think that you know what to expect. Hard to believe but the number of flowers doubled at the closing ceremony. The Official that was having pictures taken brought Dimash in with him and told them to remember his face because he was the one they would be chasing after before much longer. I loved it!
