Hey Harnoor, you can also apply for Global Entry program on non immigrant visas like H1, and once your Global Entry is approved, it comes with TSA precheck. It's just that the background verification takes longer as the police verification happens in India. But it's definitely worth it if you are going to stay longer in the US. And their KZbin channels are normally either related to their jobs or are infotainment. If he had any of these things he would have a chance, but he has none.
