PhD students are already paid so you are not allowed to work beyond your graduate assistantship (TA/RA/Tutor). Some small state college PhD students might need/be able to work during summers. So beware before you take up off campus jobs as PhD students.

Bro country depends upon different factor as how much u can afford ? what u wanna purse ? which type of atmosphere you like ? many so u should decide about this first and then make a list , match it with country individually .

Hmm, it depends tbh, first you gotta check in on your finances and if you manage to go out to study, check this with the tickets, visa, housing, college tuiton and other stuff, if you think you can manage, look for good unis you could get in, I suggest giving SAT as it is not required but could help a ton and would be a piece of cake if you're prepared for JEE tbh, with that out of the way, I'd say that a high ranked uni or college outside india, if you have enough money would be much better than any NIT or IIT or BITS tbh, but, if you don't have enough budget, its safer, ig, to just prepare for JEE and probably instead going for a masters to a uni outside, it is what most people these days do as it is much cheaper and if you have cracked JEE, you have accomplished a ton already and could probably use the rank in probably advanced to get into a good college for masters, even with a scholarship if you're lucky :)
