If you liked Amtrak, you should try their Coast Starlight and/or Pacific Surfliner route. This route offers some spectacular views of the West Coast of the US, particularly the mountains near Oregon-California border and the Pacific ocean along South California. I took this route last year when moving from Seattle to San Diego when I was moving from one internship to another. It takes more than 36 hours for the complete route so you need to have enough time. The Coast Starlight has bigger observation deck compared to the one you showed in the video, and the views make it totally worth it.
