Hi MT! That's Hans-Hermann Hoppe, the libertarian theorist. Funny though, when we filmed all that, we were playing Hank Sr. the entire time. I do have a Hank Sr. shirt that I'm planning to wear in a future video. I bought it from Hank 3's site. It's a "Reinstate Hank" shirt. Hank 3 and others feel that the Grand Ole Opry should put Hank Sr. back on their registry but they refuse to do so.
