SO appreciate not getting a lecture on the actual muscles we're gonna use or why this exercise works and all that. Just show the exercises! Great job.

Wonderful video. Thank you. But do you have to talk so fast. We don't all assimilate at the same speed. I have had to slow your voice to 0.75. So many presenters talk too fast, and it's very off putting. Still, I feel that these exercises are of great benefit. Best wishes.

Glad you were able to find the speed adjustment setting, a perfect solution!

Thanks for your informative video. I get impatient with those people who spend a lot of time explaining things - too much detail. Your video just gave me a quick intro, and some great ideas to try. I appreciate that.

I'm in my 60's, been disabled for 20+ years due to 2 spinal problems that cause me to lose my balance & fall a lot. Bone spur in my neck growing inward into my spinal cord & fractured vertebra with slip disk in my lower spin. I hope this will help me with my balance before I start breaking bones from my falls all the time. Just a lot of bruises. & cut now.

Yep. I'm a PTA and I take pride in improving my patients balance. I work with walkers and foam pad/blocks sometimes. But its the same, I progress to staggered stance, staggered stance with single arm support, etc for patients on walkers and for people high level I do similar to what you did here, but usually with single HHA. I also do a lot of graded manual resistance seated hip/knee and ankle strengthening.

Thanks. I’m 70 and I’ve found my balance gets more precarious when I put on a little weight. ie up from 64kg to 69kg in my case. This suggests a steady weight helps maintain good balance in the elderly.
