Single Black in Page AZ | MTB

I've spent most of my life coming to Page, and I never knew there were black diamond trails for mountain bikes. The Red Mesa trail system is centered around Navajo sandstone that naturally creates steep rock rolls. There are dozens of potential lines that can keep you riding for hours. I definitely had a blast riding here.

I did it on new years day, i cant wait to come back up! it is definitely a whole day thing, I would do the north part first, then eat lunch at the car, then go hit the south part. when I went I just went all over with no plan, except I could tell where the parking lot was based on the power lines, so that was nice as a beacon since there's no trees to use as landmarks. This place would make for the best collaboration video with multiple POV angles to split video from. the best views are third person out there, as the First Person View just kills the level of steepness this place actually has. I shot it in superwide which was a mistake I think. I just got the new hero 12 and I cant wait to come back and re-shoot it with the 8x7 format
