It's not easy to admit that you have a weight problem. I'm on a similar yourney myself now, I was 300lbs in June, I've lost 60 so far. And I haven't even joined a gym, it's mostly been changing my diet and walking more. So good luck to him, hope he makes his goal!

Way to go DUDE! When I left Canada I weighed in at 185 kilos, (410 pounds), and I went down to 74 kilos, (163 pounds). I was a size 5X and a 48-inch waist, down to a size L and a 32-inch waist. I was feeling great and then the pandemic hit and so did the weight. Your story has inspired me to get back on track. My goal is to lose the 20 kilos I gained during my isolation during the pandemic. Loved it! I remember when I lost a lot of weight my size would change every two weeks it seemed. I never knew how to handle it. Then I had to trust myself to buy more permanent things. I see this guy needed the “push” right now to get him through. So very proud of him!
