This single mother gets it. It takes some of us a lifetime to realize that it's not about our "stuff" or house. It's about quality time with family. Back in the 70s & 80s we had family and friends time and those were our happiest memories. Still talk fondly about it to this day. Now I think about downsizing and retirement. She chose what matters most. A very wise woman indeed. 😊👍
@harrystanden85855 жыл бұрын
i dont necessarily agree. People have different aspirations in life, family is one of those and yes situations like these would be great for people with that aspiration, but for others who have more career aspirations- this would be hell, all i see is restriction, my happiness and fond memories are when there are no other people around me, but just the tools of my craft or "stuff" that i need to work, i need space, physically and metaphorically. Just different aspirations is all.
@gracehaven54595 жыл бұрын
@@harrystanden8585 one of my mom's friends has a tiny home out west *midwestern here* and she still has an awesome job. It's not like you are forgoing a career by living in this environment. well it does rely on the person.. i personally prefer solitude because other people are too much of a hassle for me.. so i tend to stick to myself.. not because i don't know how to interact but rather because usually i prefer not to.. i hate it when others touch me aswell unless it's a family member giving me a pat on the back or hugging my mum during new years.. but if it's someone outside of my family i prefer no hugging at all where others will often do a farewell hug i prefer to stay on the sidelines and just wave.. (i am a girl so it's not a case of it's not manly to do so.. i just really don't like physical contact..) though i do like small spaces like this tiny house.. but not with other people in it

@sarvi14834 жыл бұрын
Hello dear :) You don't need to climb, houses can be adapted to fit any taste and needs, including for a person in a wheelchair or other disabilities. You may easily choose to not add a loft (or just use it for storage/guests) and sleep on the ground floor. Furthermore, remember you can be healthy at any age, the human body is amazing and we are not doomed to be broken or arthritic or sick. You may try eating a plant-based diet (with plenty of herbs and spices like curcuma, antioxydants etc), serious exercising, sun bathing, meditation...I've seen and experienced "miracles" with these. We can live our dream at any age :) I wish you the best

@svenable567 There are tinies that have a bedroom on the groundfloor because the owners are older, have certain diseases or simply prefer it that way. Some taller women and men opt for stand-up lofts and sit on the edge of their bed. In both floorplans there's room for a somewhat regular closet (high enough to where you don't have to bend and dig your clothes out of a drawer). You just tell the builder what your limitations are and if he/she is any good, they'll work with you. Your comment is old but, there are so many videos now of tiny houses suitable for almost anyone.

Very nice, ladies. That looks much more accommodating than a small, noisy expensive apartment in the city. You fit well there.

She's a great mom and her daughter always wants to know what's inside her mom head. That's a great love

Fluffy BunBuns yeah that WHOLE set up is wrong. even the bedding! wood like that isn’t safe for them. hopefully they get a better setup. it’s disappointing the amount of parents that get their kids a pet without the research.

What a great move this mom made and now their closer relationship is the gift. They got more then expected which build character, share fun, are closer to nature, improve health and share more social activities. Go TINY get a bigger LIFE!
