Single Serving Freezer Meals from OAMM

Making and freezing single serving meals for yourself or others.

OAMC in single serve is great for us, I have two young adult children in the house and we all work odd schedules. No one is home at "dinner time" so cooking this way allows them to have a good meal when they can. Not fast food, or snacks, or prepackaged expensive tv dinners. I make breakfast bowls for the one getting off at 3am to eat before he sleeps, and dinner meals for the one coming in at 11pm. Having cooked for large appitites for so long, I usually cook normally, and portion out the freezer single serves when I do cook at dinner. That allows me to "bank" quite a bit in the freezer.

I work weird hours start at 03:30 finish at 10:00. Buy the time I've finished I'm just desperate to sleep before I start again at 15:30 Finnish about 20:00. So I need to cook this way or I won't eat too tired to stand and cook and won't be fit for work! Need something quick and easy, healthy (well mostly lol) and filling. I have a meal in the morning and one at night. I work milking cows!

Not only do I want to package single servings, but I don't want to have to thaw them, I just want to go from freezer to microwave. A lot of times it says you have to thaw first. Any ideas?

I came to the video looking for single meals, not to go to another website. Kinda wasted my time.

Hey James, while I understand your viewpoint, and frankly share that this was not why we came here, wasting time ? I was gonna just click out and continue my search , until I saw your comment. Now James, she is simply speaking to another demographic and her title was broad, so you and I mistakenly inferred that she was going to instruct short little meals that a single person could cook with little waste in short time etc. I've seen dozens of these, and I hope you don't comment on all of them because then James you will be wasting my time even more than you already have. She didn't try to deceive us, she didn't make points that were unclear, she wasn't selling us anything today. Just a short "high there" for two and a half minutes. I didn't think of it as a waste of time, just that stuff that happens all the time, and I did understand her message. My problem isn't with her. She didn't maliciously lure us into the witches cave. She only did a short KZbin channel thing leaning toward others people. You and I misunderstood the title that's all. Here is my problem, it is you ! You because not only did you try to demonize someone for attempting to help others, you took the extra time instead of closing the screen and do another search, to negatively comment on something that was your fault ! Or no fault, but certainly not her fault ! You have wasted my time James, and that is far more valuable than yours. Now do the math if you have such skills ( your being childish), the next person who looks on here will invariably have to read your little temper tantrum. And another will and on and on it will spread throughout the ages, because almost nothing escapes the WWW, or that cloud thing. How much accumulated Time do you think you will have saved had you never used this woman's short message and responded with your own little diatribe ? So James, don't read this, or I guess if you are down this far, you have, or mommy has, but at least don't respond. Do the world a favor and slow down. Think things through. Throw your laptop out of the F@@#$% window, take a nap, make a sandwich, watch a little television, better yet go outside and get some fresh air.
