While he absolutely can, he usually prefers surfing with fins - Velox when he wants a raked template, and the Endorfins KS1 by Slater Designs when he wants an upright template.

Endorfins. They will help the board pivot as it has almost no rocker. A more raked fin with the sweet potato will make it stiff on small waves

​@@foxgd88Yep ,I'm with this guy especially if you are riding as a quad,I would even suggest trying the Large's ,they're hardly any bigger than the mediums about 2.5 mm bigger around the outline,basically if you draw round the mediums with a regular felt pen and cut round the outline of the pen ,that is pretty much the difference.The Velox are the same template as the the Merrick fins but with a stiffer base,a slight inside foil at the base with a flat tip that has a bit of spring. Get a 5 set of endorfins and the velox thruster set and you are covered for everything.
