Actually, it looks better than some of the new model homes in the area. It looks like a Palm Springs home only they are going for over 2 million. This house is absolutely beautiful, are the TV's, in the master bedroom and living room included. The master closet is good for all my Tommy Bahama wear and shoes. I like anything with my first name on it. HA! HA! J.K. OMG! The kitchen is amazing. Is there a McDonalds nearby after buying a house like this it will be my breakfast stop. You sure know your plants and trees. Thank You! Andrew you are the best at showing these houses in Vegas.

You were right, this home did not disappoint. It is beautiful, they did a fantastic job. The kitchen sink is at the window where it belongs. Only thing, I'm surprised a home this big doesn't have double ovens. I have them and i could never go back to just 1. Other than that i wouldn't change a thing. And best part NO REAR NEIGHBORS!!!

Nice paint, wall trim and flooring. Again, love the structural curves and separation of multi windowed areas. The laundry room/mudroom wall looks brown until close, and then it's gray. No sink in the laundry room? Nice kitchen with good storage and a spacious pantry. Love the backyard with curves, arches and irregularly shaped pool. This house is a home run.

Andrew, I've been following all your videos...this house everything in it has been upgraded 10/10 except for the cheap wires in BR #1- closet that's my pet peeve, otherwise the price is fair ❤

The cheap wire shelves have not been popular lately. I always prefer sturdy wood shelving. They do have inexpensive options that aren't wire, I wish they opted for those in most cases. Thanks for checking it out.

@@andrewguiant not sure exactly being from L.A. (although we visit Vegas often) but our home is larger square footage on a decent size lot in a gated community, is up to date & in L.A. has a pool/oasis backyard & we paid $1.1 mil in 2020 it’s estimated worth is $1.7mi in 2024 so in comparison it is seems a bit high but don’t know the area or neighborhood or surrounding property values so hard to say from this stand point. Do love that it’s one story and ultimately it’s a very nice up to date home.

You don't know how they did it? They paid 500k to 700k, and they spent about 150k and they're selling for 1.3... Easy Peasy 😂
