How does one know they are saved? easier said than done because when I watch or listen to real life testimonies of Heavens Gate, Divine Stories and Holy Heartbeats it tells a different story or stories. As for the videos you’ve been watching, I believe God is very creative in the way that He touches people’s lives in a way that is unique to them so it is no surprise to me when everyone shares a different testimony but it is important to see if it aligns with God’s word and not just go by he said she said when it comes to pondering on these topics. As for the fornication mention. Ephesians 2:8 says, “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-” ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭2‬:‭8‬ ‭NIV‬‬, so since we’re not saved by works would that not insinuate that no matter what we do after accepting Christ as are Lord and Savior means our salvation cannot be taken away since it is dependent on God’s grace for us and not whether our works are good or bad? We’re not perfect and we fall short of His glory sometimes that’s why He reconciled us back to Him through Christ so we can repent and turn to His grace and mercy, helping us get through our struggles. Your relationship with Him and everything he has for you is different from everyone else. I used to think the same thing bc I was once divorced twice. The lord blessed me with my husband and he was divorced as well. He ordained the two of us to be together for a purpose. So if he did it for me he can do it for you. Wow, this testimony has really ministered to me. I feel I need to get married cause I want kids but I have zero desire for marriage and have trust issues but I feel my faith has grown after this testimony. I can trust God to direct my steps.
