Singles Freestyle Footbag - 6th Place at World Footbag Championships in Medellin Colombia

This 6th place performance at Finals of 2023 World Footbag Championships inspired me to step up my singles game and not put singles freestyle on the back burner this year while Tuan Vu and I defend our Doubles and freestyle footbag title.

What are your favorite footbag shoes these days? I actually use weightlifting shoes at the moment, which are decent, but pretty heavy for sure.
