the root cause of the problem is the civil service thinking. never try best to deliver but go thru motion of follow process already. like their picklock could be a huge success. but then they don't care. if not taken by customers by due date. the goods return. then platform has to refund the money etc. customers just wait for message but never recived cause misccommunication etc. basicaly customer service orientations . best attempt to deliver is not there. i go thru process that is it. my job done. this type of company die on long term.

No big deal, such companies are so called too big to fail. They will rebrand, management restructure, 80-90% still same people similar job (might rebrand company positions as well). And in 1-2 years, what is SingPost. Happens all the time around the world, these scandal, rebrand and restructure exercise. After all its almost a monopoly.
