Now more than ever we need to eat vegetables to boost our immune system. We get a lot of vitamins and nutrients from eating greens and other colourful vegetable available in our place.
Hence, I am sharing with you a very simple, quick and healthy recipe Sinigang na Gulay or Vegetables in Tamarind Soup. You can tweak the recipe according to your liking or to whatever vegetable you have right now. For this recipe you wil need:
Ingredients
Sinigang Mix ( I only use 3/4 of the mix)
1 tali Kangkong or 1 bundle Watercress or any green leafy
1 tali Okra or 1 bundle Okra
5 pcs. Green Beans or sitaw
2 Medium Eggplant
2 cloves garlic
2 tsps. garlic
1 small onion
2 small tomatoes
2 1/2 cups hot water
